     In addition, DáVonMarie Lourdés is CEO of a niche manufacturing company, who directs the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of a gourmet sauce:DeJánees All Purpose Sauce. DáVonMarie Lourdés founded and launched the company. Demand for DeJánees Sauce has grown based on DáVonMarie Lourdés’ business acumen as well as her fine-tuning of a long-held family recipe. 

     Prior to launching DeJánees All Purpose Sauce, DáVonMarie Lourdés worked as a Corporate Trainer for Dale Carnegie and served for many years in the Public Sector as an Educational Specialist.

DáVonMarie Lourdés holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership, a MBA from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, from Kean University.She is also a Standard Licensed Teacher of Elementary Education with a Certificate as a School Business Administrator, a Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University and a certificate as an Image Consultant from FIT.She also operates an ecommerce fashion boutique, DáVonMarie's Clothes ~www.davonmarieclothes.com. 

      DáVonMarie Lourdés has had extensive leadership training from the Newark Public School system and The Dale Carnegie Program. She recently received her certification as a Mental Health Instructor.
